Dr. Najiya Rinju

Dr. Najiya Rinju is a Senior Lecturer in Accountancy at the University of Greater Manchester, Academic Centre RAK. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce, an M.Phil., and a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), bringing over 13 years of teaching experience in Accountancy and Commerce within higher education.

Dr. Najiya has extensive teaching expertise across a range of subjects, including Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Finance, and other Commerce-related disciplines. She is passionate about delivering high-quality education, fostering student success, and supporting academic and professional development through an engaging and student-centred approach to teaching.

Alongside her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Najiya is actively involved in academic research. She has published four research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals, with her research focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Financial Management. Her scholarly work reflects her commitment to advancing knowledge and contributing to contemporary developments in the field.
