Mario Fonseka

I have over 25 years of tertiary level teaching experience at both UG and PG (MBA) levels. I am qualified in 4 different disciplines within Business (Finance, Marketing, HRM and Business Psychology) I hold two Masters degrees - MBA from the premier most Business school in Sri Lanka - Postgraduate Institute of Management, of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a MSc in Business Psychology from Coventry University (UK). In both my Masters degrees I became the 'Batch Top' (Top of the Class) student. I am also a Fellow member (FCMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). Besides I also hold the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

I have worked in industry across many different industries. I have held positions of CFO, Chief Strategy Officer (Group Corporate Planning Manager), and General Manager in some of the best known corporate entities within Sri Lanka. Later I started and ran my own Corporate Training / Management Consulting company. As a Corporate Trainer / Coach I have trained over 26,000 training delegates across 230+ client organisations across a 18 year period.
