Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
Students enrolling on a programme of study are required to comply with the University’s formal student and financial regulations. Student financial regulations are detailed here.
Payment Details
We offer flexible payment methods to make managing your tuition fees easier:
To secure your admission:
Application Fee and Registration Fee must be paid in advance
Admission is only confirmed upon receipt of these initial payments
Important Payment Terms
All cheques must be issued in favor of Western International College, FZE
Students paying via installments must submit maximum 8 PDCs per academic year or a security deposit
Security deposit cheques may be presented after 3 months of non-payment
The security deposit will be returned upon successful completion of the programme
Fees will continue to accrue if no formal withdrawal request is submitted
Bounced cheque penalty: AED 100 per cheque
Cheque delay penalty: AED 25 per day (maximum holding period: 15 days)
Refund requests for adjustments can only be made at the end of the academic year
Transportation, visa, and exam fees (if applicable) must be settled separately

The following are not included in your Tuition Fees:
Stationery items
Personal technology (laptops, tablets, software, etc.)
Printing and photocopying beyond free allowance
Memberships for professional bodies
Art and design materials (if applicable)
Mandatory museum/gallery visits (if applicable)
Lab coats or personal safety equipment (if required)
Sportswear and trainers
Refund & Withdrawls
Refund Policy
Refunds are calculated based on the timing of withdrawal: Application & Registration Fees - Non-refundable Before completion of 2nd week - 50% of tuition fee Before completion of 3rd week - 25% of tuition fee After 4th week- No refund
Withdrawal Policy
• A formal withdrawal request must be submitted to stop further fee charges • Application and Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable • Failure to officially withdraw will result in continued fee liability
